Acceptable Use Policy for Secure Privacy Products and Services

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you shall use the Secure Privacy Products and Services once you get access to them.

Restricted Countries

Secure Privacy is incorporated in Denmark, which means that its operations are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union.

In the case of sanctions against the country or region where your business has been incorporated or where you are a citizen or a resident, we may decline you the opportunity to create a User Account or terminate your User Account, in order to keep our operations in compliance with the applicable laws and other legislation.

Restricted Activities

You must not use our Products and Services in the following ways:

• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or causes Secure Privacy to breach any applicable law or regulation;
• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
• Use Secure Privacy Products and Services in a way that leads to complaints to or about Secure Privacy
• Harming er minors in any way;
• In ways that are abusive, harmful, or do not comply with any of our standards;
• For any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or any other form of spam;

Restricted Businesses

Due to related risks, we do not work with the businesses providing the following products or services:

• Adult content, including pornography, webcams, or any other adult entertainment
• Any equipment, product, or material which is intended for making, using, or concealing drugs
• Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
• Products infringing third parties intellectual property
• Products or Services not legal in the jurisdiction they are offered in
• Products or Services offered without obtaining the required licenses

Termination of Your Account

In the case of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to terminate your User Account in accordance with the provisions in our Terms of Service. In addition, and where the circumstances require so, we may submit appropriate reports to the relevant authorities.

Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to the Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. By continuing with the use of our Services and Products, you agree to such changes.
